I booked for a Tata Nexon from Jasper Industries Guntur AP area dealership on Feb 15 and haven't got the car delivered yet. The car was promised to be deliverd soon in few weeks and now the dealership is telling a variety of reasons everytime we call them towards delay of the vehicle delivery. Meanwhile we have observed a few others who booked later than us got their car delivered. The concept of letting the customer keep on wait by telling stories every week on the delay of vehicle and promising that it will be coming in the next biweekly lot is extremely disappointing and disrespectful. A car buying for first time is an emotion and surely Tata Motors are not regarding the emotions of the customers who believe in the brand, reputation and the company.
