As per delivery schedule on 13 Jul 2022, Sri Lakshmi Tata Motors had delivered the defected vehicle and after delivery of the EV car it was sent from show room to TATA OMR service centre for identifying the problem of malfunction of AC.
However, from 1130 hrs to 1900 hrs the problem for malfunctioning of Air condition was not detected. Tata motors can't sell the defective products to customers.
Moreover, I faced lot of mental stress and health issues due to your irresponsible delivery method of TATA products. As a customer I spent 20 lakhs for purchasing your product and it was sent to service centre. Very bad experience.
