Tata Motors — Tata punch breakdown

I bought tata punch pure variant on January 30th 2022. Yesterday ie 9th April 2022 the car broke down suddenly in the middle of the road and we were stranded in that particular place for nearly 2 hours before technician came . the problem could be resolved and the vehicle had to be towed to service centre. The question is why was defective product delivered to me. As per technicians there was a faulty part which needs to be replaced. I do not want this faulty car, make arrangements to replace it.
