Tata Motors — TATA PUNCH engine problem after 1000 km

We have this incident on March 19, 2022.
We have very bad experience with the TATA PUNCH vehicle.

The PUNCH vehicle was breakdown after 1000 KM while traveling with family, face lot of issues and the vehicle behaves like a tractor and ignition sound changed and if we switch on the AC the ignition automatically switching off.
Then went the service center, Service center was checked and found the issue with Spark Plugs (There is no reason why this issue happens). They replaced those plugs, But still there is an issue with the ignition. Once we switch on the ignition it is generating huge heat and that heat coming to the inside the car as well.
Again, if we switch on the AC, ignition getting vibration.

Contacted the dealer and requested them to replace the vehicle. But they are saying it is not possible. They asked to visit the service center. Even if they fix the issue, again, there is no guarantee it won't occur again.

As this is the new vehicle looking for the replacement.
