Tata Motors — Tata safari vehicle quality and service issue

I have two issues in my three month old, fully automated top end dark edition safari vehicle. The first issue is that the bonut is not closing properly. When I called Kropex Service Center on Apr 18th, located at Marathaali, they told me to come by 2 PM to get the vehicle checked as the second service is due in May end.
I reached at 1.50 PM and got to know that all servicemen are on lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. I waited for the servicemen to finish their lunch and attend. In the meantime, since this place was fully packed, the security guard asked me to park the car inside, which I did. Later, a boy named Rehaan comes to me and tell why have I parked the car there and he was very rude. I told him I was asked to park it there. Getting angry, this boy tells me to remove it immediately from there. When I asked why he was shouting like that, he told me how I could park my car there. Things got escalated quickly, and I asked to remove my car himself as there was hardly any place. He moved the car and almost slammed the key in my hand. I decided to inform this to the seniors, and they told me they would take it with him.
Later, I saw the same guy handling the customer car very badly . He was accelerating and breaking at the same time while driving. I am very sure it was not being tested, and he was doing it on purpose. I have informed the authorities there.

After an hour finally someone finally came to attend my vehicle and checked the bonut, and they tightened the screw and told it was fixed, however raise it during my second service.

Now comes my second issue. The right door trim on the second row is completely rusted and broken screw holes. Also, to my surprise, when the trim was opened, it was stuck by a 3m tape. So, tata Kropex Motors was already aware of this and cheated us with this fix, thinking we would not remove it. When I showed them the pictures, the team told me that they would check the job history and let me know in a quick 5 minutes. After a few minutes, they came back (Mr.Shredhar) told me that this should not have happened on a new car, and it is me who has to call and complain about this to some person called Mr. Nandish located in hosur kropex to inform him regarding the rust issue and post his permission only they can do this job. So, when I personally go to service center just after realizing my top end 3 months old vehicle has rust issue purchased from kropex motors sarjapur and the concerned team does not take any responsibility to do it by themselves.
