We recently on 24th April 2023 purchased a Tiago ev. Right from the time of delivery there were issues the paint was chipped off and many other issues. After we took delivery and started driving there was rattling noise in the boot. We informed the showroom and they said we shall solve it at the time of servicing. The next day on 25th April while driving the vehicle the Ac of the car was going off on its own and was not coming on for hours. Also the brake regen was not workingWhen we informed the dealer they called us to the service centre which is 40kms away from my place. We took the car and told them to check by the time the Ac had started to work. Without doing a thorough check they said since it’s working there’s no problem. You get it if it stops working. About the regen they told us regen works only before 70% charge. But the regen previous day was working at 90% charge. That means either the incharge dint have knowledge of what happens or was trying to escape from issues. Immediately after reaching home again the Ac went off
When we informed the dealer they again called us and said we need to keep the vehicle for checking. After hours of follow up the incharge person at 5:30 tells us we can’t identify the issue. We need to order some parts and check which can take 4 or more days. When we told the the car we need for our work and it’s difficult for us to manage work as we both work they said they can’t do anything. I requested them to give us a courtesy car (spare car) till it gets repaired they said they don’t have a spare car. And they cannot arrange anything. As for 4 days we had our work planned we had to take a rental car and pay 2000 per day. When asked them to at least compensate me for the rental car they said they will get back but nobody has reverted. The dealer was Sp motors Panjim
The customer service there is pathetic. Cars are delivered to customers without a pre delivery inspection. Was this information helpful? |
