I would like to bring to your attention about the recent steering failure that caused severe panic during the travel with my family.
Immediate notifying the matter to TATA service centre the feedback was “ It is a bearing complaint” and further they added there is lag in service so the repair is not covered under warranty.
I purchased the car on April 2019 and till corono pandemic the service was on time. There was lag due to pandemic situation which I totally agree but from 2021 the service has been restored to normal cycle.
The total km run by me till date is 24, 000kms in 3 years and 3 months which is below average kilometers of a normal user. Even at 24, 000 km the car has a major compliant then it is definitely something of a redflag on safety and its further usage. We never know what major repairs will come if I further run the vehicle and when it reach around 50, 000 km.
And the cost of repair as informed is around 60, 000 RS. I seek your attention to provide me with a reasonable clarification on the reason of such complaint in my car at 24, 000 km from the authority so that I can peacefully drive the car with my family after rectifying the same..
