Tata Motors — Tata tigor diesel model not serviced yet

I am from Trivandrum kerala, my Tata tigor diesel XM model, Vehicle no. KL 01 CF 8566 had a low pulling issue and was given for servicing on 3rd May, 2023. Theres no proper response from Trivandrum motors service centre regarding the parts availability or status on when my car will be ready. Technicians not responding calls. I need IMMEDIATE response and solution on the same. Myself Mr.Mathew, Ph: [protected]. Thanks.
