Dear team, Please refer to the above car reg no and note that the car was given for first service at schakralaya motors at pondicherry on 14.07.2016. the car is yet to be delivered to me after the service. i was informed that the clutch disc assembly has to be replaced and promised that the car would be delivered to me by 16.07.2016. But the car is still in the service station and there is no proper response from there. when contacted the only answer i get is the car will delivered tomorrow. i am totally disappointed with the service given to me at your schakralaya motors (pondicherry) - your authorized dealer. also i was informed that mr. pradeep. shanmugam will delivered the damage part in the car and the reason for delay in service is because of the part not received at the service station. my next point of contact was ms. subhu lakshmi at tata motors ltd, south regional branch where i was promised that immediate action will be effected. but this was also not productive. Below is the mail correspondence dated today which was sent to me after repeatedly following up with your people for the past ten days. I opted for tata motors believing that the customer service will be up to the mark but i am made to regret my decision with this kind of service.
