Hello team,
This is to inform you that the rear side tire has burst within 15 days from the day of purchase. I have purchased a Nexon XZ+S (Petrol) from Samarth Motors Gwalior on[protected]. This incident happened when I was reversing my car from my home parking lot. I tried to find some sharp particles which can cause the same, but nothing was found there.
The complaint was registered to the showroom manager the same day, dated December 12, 2021 and it was informed by the manager that it will be exchanged. On December 24, 2021, I went to the showroom, the Bridgestone executive took the picture and filed a complaint. After two days, the executive said your complaint has been rejected dated December 28, 2021 and you need to pay for another tire.
The car has covered approx. 2.5K KM till now, the tire burst happened when it covered near about 2K KM only. Instead of the company providing an exchange for tire, the customer needs to pay when there is clearly a manufacturing defect. From where this seems to be correct or fair for customer?
For your reference, the photo of the tire and complaint form is attached below. Kindly look into the matter and provide the needful on a priority basis.
