Tata Motors — Tire get unserviceable but not considered by company

My car tata tigor is less than one year old. While i was driving the tire got tattered from rimside and air started leaking. I complained to tata show room jorhat but reapinse has not come good. It is my sincere appeal to look into my affair and get my underwarrenty car tire get replaced
