Tata Motors — Tyre bust within guarantee period

Dear sir/madam
I have purchased new tata indica vista car in[protected], tata company told that warranty to car tyres, but its bust in june-20th i have complained to tata motors but they ask 1 week time they give assurence that they give new tyre by replacing old one but today i ask the same to tata motors now they are told that they dont replace now waht can i do for this issue please guide me thank you
