Hi I have booked tata altroz XM+ car on 30 January 2022 from unity motors kolhapur in my first visit to showroom only.I have asked to change altroz model from xm+ to XT on 7th Feb 2022.
We wanted our car on gudipadwa festival and also convey same to tata motors.
In first visits sales person says us if we place order early it will come in February month only.So we trusted and waited.
We have visited showroom on every weekend to check if we are on right track.They were just saying yes we will delivers you not to worry.
Now at the end of March sales persons are saying we can't deliver you car on gudipadwa.
I want to ask you why your sales persons are making fake promises even your sales managers are involved within this and dealers too.
I have seen tata priorities customers according to cash or loan.The customers who pay in cash gets car within 15-30 days only and others customers booked cars are allocated to them.Why you make this difference?
Apart from this Your sales persons and their managers forcefully asks to take there predefined insurance otherwise they don't sell car.
They do so as they get more margin within that, I want to ask you tata doesn't provide enough salary to employees as they are relay on insurance and accessories?
I had tried to contact customer care numbers which was given in showroom but they are also the same.Careless and boring.
In my opinion Tata needs to train there sales persons and also need to learn some marketing strategies from Maruti and others.
Customer comes to tata because of the sefty cars but your service disappointed them.
There is no way to give you negative stars.
Otherwise I will surely give you.
I am frustrated by your service.I regret I have choosen tata for my first car.
