Tata Motors — Undue charges for parking

I had bought a Tata altroz XE (MH20FY 0763)from saniya motors Aurangabad, Maharshtra in November 2021, The car meet with an accident and was declared TOTAL LOSS, fortunately no one was harmed in the accident, So getting impressed with the built quality i again booked the same car from the same showroom mentioned above.
Meanwhile after booking a new car,
the earlier accidented car which was parked in Service center of Saniya motors for insurance survey had to be handed over to scrap dealer as per insurance term,
The service center which informed me of parking charges of rs.250/- per day which come total Rs. 5500 for 22days, demanded a whooping rs.55000. i was shocked, i objected it so they told that this amount is for preparation of estimate, before I was never told about estimate charges @5% of estimate cost nor it was mentioned on the job card ...after my objection they settled at Rs. 20000, they didn't even gave a satisfactory explanation on asking the details of bill, I paid rs. 20000 under protest and unwillingly because I had to shift the car to scrap dealer immediately. The service center didn't even touch the car nor fitted a single screw then also i had to pay Rs. 20k this was unbelievable and very shocking.
Moreover the service center made the estimate of repair of 991000/- than the Surveyor objected it saying many unnecessary item were added so a revised estimate of Rs. 520000/- was made i.e difference of rs .471000/- which is too much I don't understand how come there would be so huge difference in the estimate by the same service center . Nevertheless estimate was not my concern, the estimate making charges which I was charged were totally unreasonable and unethical ...never expected such a loot from tata service center. I request you to plz look into the matter seriously because such act by saniya motors is spoiling the reputation of Tata Motors.
I have cancelled the booking for new car from Saniya motors because of their greedy and unethical behaviour and booked the car from Rudra motors Pune the reason I am again buying the same car is i still trust Tata group and its product, but the service by some o[censored]r showroom owner is dark spot on ur groups reputation. Hope you will take appropriate action and ask for explanation from the service center regarding the above issue
(plz.note they have not even fitted a single screw, the car was just parked in their premises for that they charged 20k) ...
