Tata Motors — Vehicle is not delivered even after a long waiting period

I have booked nexon xza s plus on 14 Nov 2021 and promised delivery by KHT motors Whitefield on March 2022, then theykeep changing dates to Apr 2022 then May 2022, June 022 & July 2022 too. As per their detail I was 2nd in queue for delivery on April 2022, I don't understand how it's take this much time for delivery. Even if we consider semiconductor shortages and all, it should not be 3-4Months for 2nd in queue.

I have asked multiple questioned and raised multiple complaints but no one responded with correct delivery date and there is no proper response from customer care side.

If I go for cancellation then ~2k will be charged for cancellation. Why I have to pay 2k if it's delayed from your side? This is not a professional behavior from Tata motors and KHT motors Whitefield.
