Dear Sir, I had purchased a TATA ARIA in month of 22 October 2014 from KAMLA SHREE Motors at Bilaspur (Chattisgarh) and whole amount has been paid to him by us but they didn't giving me SERVICE BOOK & IN-VOICE AND REGD NO. Please provide me solution as soon as possible otherwise i have to go under Consumer Forum to take a legal step against TATA Motors dealer shortly.They always extending his promising day to provide it and always make a excuse and now they are saying that you can get back your money on the behalf or RTO paper works.
