I HAD GIIVE MY TATA SAFARI FR A/C BLOWER PROBLEM, WHN I TOOK THE DELIVERY, THE DASHBOARD PANEL WAS DAMAGE BY THEIR WORKER, I POINTED THE SAME TO THEM, AFTER DILLY DALLING ME FR 2MTHS, THE CUSTOMER CARE PROMISE ME TO CHANGE THE SAME, ITS BEEN 2 MTHS SINCE THEN, BUT NOTHING IS DONE, NOW WHN I CALL HER, SHE JUST GIVING ME EXCUSE THT THEY HAVE ORDER THE SAME & THT I SHOULD CALL THE SERIVE ADVIOSOR AND SO ON, IT IS OBVIOUS THY DONT WANT TO CHANGE THE SAME, NEVER EXPECTED A CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER TO BE SO SILLY...
