Hi,
This is regarding my car Tata Nexon (U.P 32 ME 4955) under name MR. AJAY SINGH which I have purchased on 27th july 2021 from SRM Motors Lucknow. Due to the extreme harsh weather conditions the vendor delivered the vehicle at my home. It was working fine for a couple of months but then only the problem started. I live in Moradabad, U.P. and using my car here itself. The first incident happened on 26th January 2022 when I was driving on NH 24 on smooth road and all of a sudden the Tyre bursted. Yes it got bursted not even a puncture beforehand. I got it repair by my own money. 2nd incident happened after a month after that when the battery went on deep and I had to call the service centre who came and take the car by crane to get it fixed. 3rd incident happened on 22nd March when the belt got broken and the car went dead completely. Again I had to call the service centre who came and take the vehicle and charged me money to fix it. And today also the same thing happened with me. Now I just have one question from you guys. Do you really want me to file a case in the consumer court or in an actually court for the embarrassment and problems i am facing after paying around around 9 lacs for this piece of garbage? I am just regretting my decision of trusting this is so called 5 start rated, MADE IN INDIA vehicle which can not even survive 1 year without going to service centre. I am strictly telling you that I will take a legal action if my case is not resolved on priority basis. Am done with this vehicle. If you want to call me do contact me on [protected] or [protected].
