Tata Motors — Worst company... No care about the consumers

I have earlier submit a complaint on 13.05.16 regarding not deliver the car by the dealer as commitment made by dealer auto vikas sales & services pvt. Ltd. Shivaji marg, najaf garh road delhi my personal experience is very bad dealers give the area delivery manager for delhi & ncr mr. Achit m. No. [protected] but he is a great man so he does not bother to pick up the phone of consumer or resolve their grievances. It all happen with me when i have already paid to amount 3.50 lacs to company... Where the consumer should go. Hence i decided to move an application to consumer court. Few lines for tata company
