[Resolved] Tata Motors — Worst Service | |||
My car Tata Nano had a breakdown on the 26th Of June. After so many requests and after speaking to so many people at the Tata motors Injambakkam chennai centre, they agreed to pick up my car for service on 27th June. While giving the car for service, i had told them many times that i have a function on the 30th of June and i need my car at the earliest. Even after regular requests, they did not start the car service until the 28th of June. After completing the car service, they called me in the evening on the 28th of June, saying they can deliver the car only on the 30th. I had requested them n-number of times that i need the car by 30th morning, please deliver on time. Today, 30th of June, at 2:00 PM after regular calls i am told that no driver is available for the drop service. I have been torchered by these people for just fixing my car. In all this, i told not to do any other service apart from the breakdown fix alone. I am surprised and now i understand why people of India do not want to trust Indian brands! Thank you Mr. Tata for completely eliminating the trust on Indian car makes! Was this information helpful? | |||

I got all proof even with my vehicle job slip and payment slips
Now my issue is they cant do anything so I need my money back which is 18 K .
