Tata Motors — Wrong doing at authorised tata service stations

This is to bring into your kind notice that due to some fraud workshops, the customer trust on tata is being shaken. I brought tata nexon for myself on 13th November 2020 from Lajpat nagar, New delhi. Since then it has been on regular free services on the authorized tata showrooms. On oct. 2021, on road tata assistance was provided as my car stopped at petrol pump in ghitorni, gurugram, Haryana. Tata road assistance service assured me for the services and asked me to leave after handing over my vehicle to them. On regular follow up, I got to know that my nexon was sent to nearby tata workshop i.e. Autodeck, Ghitorni, Gurugram. My car was kept at their workshop for almost 10 days. Their driver dropped my car to my residence after claiming everything being done and its all perfect nw. On the next day, I noticed my rear wheel of driver side was inward placed and was inside out. I took it to regular service tata workshop near my place, where they confirmed dead wheel axle (back side). Since then, I called several times to autodeck gurgaon but they just denied its being done on their part. Then I approached to regional tata complaint centre, where I was helped out and my dead axle wheel was replaced at treos tata, okhla centre. I was provided with pick up service of my vehicle from my residence. My car was kept for 1-2 days at their service station. On changing the axle, they notice my rear wheel (driver side) had a tube inside tubeless tyre, which was again shocking for me. On calling dealer with whom I bought my nexon, he asked me to contact workshop which denied their involvement and asked me to approach tyre company i.e. bridgestone tyres pvt. lmt. I lodged my complaint there and they cooperated well and a complete inspection of my rear tyre was done. They rejected the warranty claim saying that it was not a manufacturer defect and claimed it has being driven for 1-2 kms in a punctured state by someone.
Now, my main concern is that my car is driven only 5000 kms in the past 13-14 months and I have never experienced any puncture in my car. Secondly I being the only driver who drive my car, I would have known if some such problem has being occurred in my vehicle. My car stayed for 10 days at autodeck service station, ghitorni and for 2 days in treos tata, okhla. Also my nexon was driven both sides by the respective workshops driver. Something has occurred either by their drivers or at their workshops. As the placement of the tube in the tubeless tyre, cannot be done without workshop managers’ knowledge. And why customer was not informed before placement of the tube in their tubeless tyre? Isn’t it customer’s right to know if something has been done in their car? How can someone place any external part (tube) in the vehicle without informing the customer? We give our vehicle to the authorized showrooms on the trust of the brand name “TATA” assuming that the best would be done without any such hiding of mishappenings taking place
