Hi
I stay close to Tata Star Bazaar Seegahalli outlet and often go there for groceries. I want to complain about various issues faced in this departmental store. Last Visit date was yesterday, 1/7/23 at 8 pm.
1. Everytime you go to the Star Bazaar there are no available carts and you have to wait long for getting a shopping cart. Security has no control and getting a cart is like musical chair
2. Yesterday I saw a pregnant lady and also a lady with a small child in her lap waiting long for a cart as they were not able to snatch it from other customers
3. The billing section is huge mismanagement always, as most of the times the scanner doesnt work leading to long queues and high wait time of consumers. Yesterday we lost more than 45 mins in the queue.
4. Often products and fresh food/veggies that are replenished new stock are not re filled inspite of availability of stock
Inspite of making several complains in the shop the management doesnt pay any heed and every week the problem continues. I request you to take immediate steps as Tata group is a huge group in India and they have responsibility towards their customers. Was this information helpful? |
