we have taken 1 mbps lease line for 1 year. and made a service level agreement for 99% uptime. but after 2 months no service for 1 week. we complained many times after 1 week problem get solved. 1 week we lossed around 2 lacs worth of business. and even service level agreement breaked by tata tele service.we stopped using this service with notice to tata tele.
we mailed to tata tele and higher authorities regarding this but there is no reply for 10 months. after with out reply to our mail they started sending notice o[censored]npaid amount . now they given to recovery agency they keep calling and telling calling from delhi high court you have to come and pay within 2 'o clock in court.all fake calls from agency ([protected]), . so i want to put case on tata tele service regarding this matter and i will make they to pay my lossed amount around 2lac from them.
