[Resolved] Tata Tele Services Ltd — wrong bills | |||
I have stopped using tata photon post paid connection and raised a cancellation request for it. After couple of days, I have a received an email saying that it has been processed. After 3 weeks of cancellation request, i am receiving mails and sms to pay the bill even after cancellation. when I checked with customer care they mentioned that the cancellation request is held for some unknown reason. again i have requested to make it as a high priority and resolve it ASAP and adjust the bill so that it includes upto the date of cancellation request. but still i am receiving sms to pay the bill Was this information helpful? | |||
