Tata Teleservices — charged for a broadband plan which is not activated forme | |||
Hi sir, This is regarding my tata teleservices account number[protected]. I had requested for a plan upgrade to [protected]@1099 in december 2018. After due diligence was done i was told the plan will be activated from next bill cycle starting on 5th january. But it was not activated on 5th jan. When i contacted customer care, they told me service request is still open and i was informed it will be activated from 5th feb On 5th feb, i was migrated to [protected]@1099 plan as the information in my account but i was not getting any speed upgrade. So, i raised a complaint regarding the same with customer care. The local team contacted me and said they didn't do the configuration for new plan and it will take one more week since ports are not available. On server and asked me to close the complaint. I waited for a week but nothing happened. I called then and they told me to wait for another week. Again nothing happened. More than a month has happened now but nothing has happened so far. I received the bill for the complete month for new plan which i am not migrated to. So, i am raising a complaint against tata teleservices so that they can take prompt action.
