The below email will explain all. Since this time, TATA Tele is harassing me for payment although they fooled me & took one month payment already. kindly resolve this. I took a speed of 4 MBPS & I don't get even 256 KBPS speed. On my complaints I am being told that there is bandwidth problem. I am hearing this for the past 15 days. I don't understand that if there is a bandwidth problem then are you selling the connections & fooling innocent people. Internet is required by me to do my work & my all work is getting badly affected. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM TATA... Please resolve it immediately and if you can't resolve the same then I will have no option but to cancel the connection.
