[Resolved] Tata Voltas Aircondition — Unprofessional and Unethical practice by Voltas | |||
Hi, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have recently purchased a Voltas AC from Voltas sales partner - EasyDay store situated at Sohna Road, Gurgaon on 9th Jun 2014 vide Regd Mobile # [protected]. I also got a service request # [protected] for installation from Voltas. I was told by Voltas sales partner that it will be delivered and installed at my place in Gurgaon itself on the same day i.e. 9th Jun 2014. I agreed to purchase because the store manager promised me that it will get installed on the same day at my place. The AC got delivered on 10th Jun 2014 and till now, it has not been installed. I never expect that from Voltas sales partners make false promises to your customer to meet sales target. I urgently need that AC for my father who is not well and it’s difficult for him to stay without AC. Volta never understand these things and just focus on their sale. Voltas sales partner manager should have informed me before sale that it can’t be delivered on the same day and installed only after three days. I would have purchased that AC from somewhere else. At least inform that you can’t get that installed on the day of delivery, I would have make my own arrangements to get that installed so that my father wouldn’t have to suffer in summers. It seems Voltas has instructed their sales partner to make sale even if they have to make falls promises to customer. This is clearly unprofessional and unethical practice that Voltas is following.
