I am a subscriber of tataplay and have the binge facility where about 20 apps are included in the subscription-sonyliv, voot, aha, zee5, sunnxt, etc.
Till the 11th of May they were working fine but since then every time I open an OTT app it asks me to pay premium subscription. I have raised a complaint the same day and since then I have been bombarded with calls every 30min/60 min asking me to explain the problem which I did multiple times. Then I am guided through some steps with the same result-pay again. Now i have refused to do this technical process again as it is their problem I have requested for a technician/service person to attend to it. They said its a back end problem. The dead line they gave is 8.30pm on the 13th, ie today.
