On 27/08, I had been unable to view my channels and so gave a call for tech support . The technician checked the dish and replaced the defective plug socket in the dish antenna to a new one which costed abt Rs.300. After replacementr all my TV's worked fine . After some time, I recvd a notification that Rs.600 has been debited in my acct for whihc rs.300 as socket charges and another 300Rs as RELOCATION CHARGES . I have been trying to explain to yr tech team innumerable times that there was no relocation at my home and only a socket replacement has been done . THIS IS A FINE EXAMPLE TO CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY TATAPLAY and tryingto fleece customers by unfair trade practices . For the last 3 days, every day a Tatasky CS person calls up and assures that refund will be done same day, and till date I have no such refund of my 300 Rs. I have been so irritated by the attitude of a company like TATA engaged in cheating money from us.
