Updated by Himanshu Veer On 13 July I had a booking from Del to Jalandhar at 2 pm ..
The manager of Taxi agency named Jai Shree Balaji called me and Told that taxi will reach late by 2:45 pm due to bad weather and traffic jam..
Then at 3 pm I called and he told to reach by 3:30 pm.. at 3:40 I called, he told half an hour more.. then @4.30, I called he said just 2 min and once again got late by another one hour,
@5:30 I called and forced the manager to take it seriously as my family had been suffering by all these nuisance ..
Then at last he sent me the driver details half an hr ago before the journey and I called the driver . He said I am unaware of all of your waiting, manager didn't told anything to Him before regarding this ..and finally at 6:15 pm driver came and said don't be angry at me it's not my fault as I never knew it..and if I could have known it I wud have cancelled this trip..
In between these frustrating times i called taxi bazaar as well and explained them all but after knowing it all I received no helpline from taxibazaar, I called nearly 15 times to talk to arrange for any other taxi with in a span of 2 hours.. but your guys didn't picked up any of my call..seems they made their mind to stop talking to me regarding this problem..
In all total me n my family had to suffer a long waiting of 4:30 hrs outside airport in a hot humid weather of Delhi..
When i booked this trip i already quoted that please send a good driver n service that time as my family would be travelling together..
What shall I expect after it all, the inconvenience I and my family faced coz of your careless taxi dealers ..
This is the second time I faced this issue of inconvenience from taxi bazaar..
My time and money all got wasted .. I regret dealing with you and will make sure others won't suffer the same..
Work on some ethics too besides making money in your reckless business..Have a caring n compassionate heart for customers..
