I (along with my wife and 2 kids) had to travel to Hyderabad from Delhi via Air India flight scheduled for 6:50am on 26, Oct. For the I had booked a cab for Airport transfer with Taxiforsure on Sunday (26th Oct at 8:30pm) and had received a confirmation message as well. Booking confirmation number was TFS-AT-C38166194. But at 2:00am in the morning I received a call from Taxiforsure executive and he informed me that the cab will not be available due to the no availability of the cabs in our area. when I questioned him why you have confirmed the booking if this was the case he only said sorry and I requested him to please arrange something for me otherwise i'll miss my flight for today. But he didn't help me out and said sorry and then disconnected the phone. Now there starts the mental trauma as i'll have to look for another taxi to reach airport and at 2am in the morning it was again very difficult. Luckily I have the Uber app installed in my phone and I have got the cab at the same time and had reached the airport on time. So my question is that why Taxiforsure had booked the cab and if they had booked the cab, its their responsibility to provide the cab or arrabge something else.
