Taxiforsure — Deduction of money without any proper notification | |||||
Hi, This is relating to my travel with Taxi for sure (Ref - TFS-PP-C[protected] trip happened on 21-Dec-2015. Booked a taxi and boarded it in the evening at around 4:30 PM near SJR I PARK, Bangalore. Trip started and traveled only half a km (500M). Another van came and hit the cab in which i was traveling. With no proper notification to me, driver closed the trip and an amount of Rs.68/- got deducted from my online account. When asked the customer care team, they casually replied that the amount collected is correct. When the trip got ended within 500M and that too because of driver's fault of improper driving, how can the amount be deducted. Would need a proper resolution for this. What kind of control does the system have to deduct customer's money without notification. Does it not prove the fraudulence ?
