Hi this is Latha Sankar, I've been using TFS service for past few months now on a regular basis for my husband dialysis purpose, this morning

Mr.selva murugan the cab driver called us around 5:30am and says that he couldn't come because he's busy. We have to leave from home at 6am to hospital.
When we explain the cab driver that it's important and we have to go to hospital, he asks us to call TFS and he couldn't come.
I seriously don't understand what's the purpose of booking earlier for us to avoid last minute confusions .
And we have no choice left to call TFS and ask them to provide an alternate cab, on a repeated calls, asusual they take their own time not understanding that it's emergency !!
Is this the way we get treated for being a loyal customer for TFS ?
Ps:- I wouldn't have complained if I use your service for random travel, just because it's for my husband hospital visits and I'm disappointed with the way we were treated.
