Taxiforsure — Misusing the booking details and not providing service and sent a bill for not travelling

We have booked a cab in Taxi for Sure Chennai through internet, around 2 PM from Tondiarpet to Retteri on 12-Nov-2015 for 09:00 PM trip. We received the driver details around 30 mins before the start of the trip.When we call the driver said that he will not come for the pick up and insist us to cancel the trip. We said we will not cancel the trip because we booked the cab around 2 PM for 9 PM trip and we are having the child with us. But he said that do whatever you can able to do and I will not come. Even though he was in royapuram when we called him that is 2.5 Kms from the starting point. We have booked a taxi in Ola cabs and came to my home. We have received a SMS and mail from Taxi For Sure states that we have travelled and the bill amount is Rs.103 and we paid through cash. How come Taxi For Sure use the customer ID in a wrong way like that. We have not travelled and we got a travel receipt and bill. Complaints : 1. Taxi For Sure doesn't provide service for the pre-booked cab even when they can able to provide service because of the Drivers's wrong behaviour. 2. Prompting us to cancel the trip and using the words like do whatever you want to do and I know what I have to do. 3. Using the trip booked by a wrong way. He used the taxi for 5 kms and the bill was generated for client booking ID. 4. The biggest cause for concern is, if something went wrong (if the driver got in the police for any drugs or smuggling or any other illegal actions) then it will be under our name because the booking was under my name and the trip details and bills showing that we have travelled. Proofs attached: 1. Mail copy of the Bill from Taxi For Sure (Date / Time / Pick up and Drop Location / Amount and Mode of Payment) for we have not travelled in Taxi For Sure. 2. Mail copy of the Bill for Actual travel we have taken in OLA cabs during the same timings (Date / Time / Distance / Amount) I will raise a police complaint against this fraudulent activity and I will also register the fraudulent complaint with the bill copy in the consumer complaints. Severe action to be taken against the driver fraudulent activity and the misbehaviour and leaving the customer with a child without any clue at the night by not accepting the trip. I have raised the same issue in the complaint section of Taxi For Sure but we didn't got any response and they didn't even called and asked us about the details. We received a single SMS stating that sorry for the inconvenience caused. We don't know what action they have taken and no proper response given to the customer. So, Severe action to be taken against the Taxi For Sure for not taking the issue seriously and for their irresponsibleness.
