Hi Taxi4Sure Manegement Team.
This is an escalation email against Taxi4Sure.I would request you bring to the picture of your Senior Management.
It is happened multiple times with me, when the inspite of Driver Confirmation on my mobile, taxi did not arrive at my pickup point- and both being AIRPORT Drops.
I would like to bring to your notice these 2 cases.
1. TFS-AT-C9217591: I received driver details half hour before pickup. When tried calling driver, he didnt pick the phone. And then phone was switched off. After that, no details on my taxi was available.
2. TFS-AT-C8112498: I called 4 times to get driver details, and Call Centre Executive confirmed Taxi will arrive on time, and message will be coming shortly. Then just at the time of pickup, I receive sms- No Taxi in your area.
Also, There have been multiple times for City travel, when I book the taxi, and no one accepts the booking. Or after accepting, when they get to know my drop point, they say will take long time to come, so please cancel the booking.
Please Dont use these FAKE Names as TAXI4SURE, because the kind o[censored]NRELIABLE services you provide, YOU CANNOT JUSTIFY YOUR NAME WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
I want a Compensation for these 2 rides, AS YOUR COMPANY HAS CHEATED/BETRAYED in providing the TAXI at the Last moment, and I ALMOST HAD MISSED MY FLIGHT THE LAST TIME, if did not arrange for some urgent alternative to reach airport.
