Taxiforsure — Taxi didn't turn up

I had booked a cab for airport drop at 5:30 pm in Hyderabad on 2nd December 2015.I got the cab details but when i called the driver, he refused to turn up to the pick up point.Instead he asked me to come to his place of convenience.Then i called the office and a second cab was alloted but the same thing happened again.Somehow i could get a cab from another agency which dropped me at the airport in correct time.
