The undersigned booked Taxi from TaxiForSure on 20th June 2015 for travel on 21st June 2015 at 6.30 am from Shahpura, Bhopal to Airport, Bhopal. The taxi driver did not turn up at all. An SMS received at 9.02 am by which time the undersigned left for airport by other vehicle. In the process, I missed the flight scheduled for 8.15 am.
