I had selected Do-It-For-Me option on the Taxsmile.com website for filing my Income Tax return. I had done this on 27th June, 2014 and had received a mail from them that return will be filed in 3 days. However, they have not yet filed the return even after more than 20 days. I have send them 3 reminder mails. Also, tried their online chat option. But their operators are never available. I have also done the payment in advance. Now, only 10 days are left for filing the returns are the company is not responding. Kindly assist me regarding this.
