1) no response to emails 2) No person answers the phone when needed 3) Emails are one sided. They do not listen what we have to say 4) They straight away lie either on phone or email or verbally 5) They sell personal data to third party 6) pricing is opportunistic. Last day last minute also they increase their prices. 7) website is pathetic...

I had selected Do-It-For-Me option on the Taxsmile.com website for filing my Income Tax return. I had done this on 27th June, 2014 and had received a mail from them that return will be filed in 3 days. However, they have not yet filed the return even after more than 20 days. I have send them 3 reminder mails. Also, tried their online chat option. But their operators are never available. I have also done the payment in advance. Now, only 10...

I prepared my Tax returns for AY 2011-12 using the tool on Taxsmile.com, However, while making the payment, I ended up paying twice for the same service and even then the payment staus is still pending.

What is more frustrating is that they are not even bothered to reply on my emails. I even tried thier phone helpline at[protected], and they just disconnect (directing you to use the email [protected]@taxsmile.com) after you select...

I am prepare online income tax prepare for my client thru taxsmile.com on[protected] and when i complete return, message desplay for making payment of Rs. 249/- , then i made payment, but return can not file. that time i call taxsmile. that time customer care person tell me after 2-3 hour they call me for filling return. but no one call me. after 2-3 hours when i call at taxsmile.com customer care person tell me give the proof of my payment...

I raised a complaint and Ticket no is TS15483 dated 24/7/2008 (Invoice Number :35688), many times I Spoke with customer care but they were not giving proper information ( these are the details with dates and person[protected] with Javed,[protected] with Rajashri, 9 Sep 08 with Pragna, 18 Sep08 with Chitra and again spoke with Payal also). They were not giving proper date to refund amount Rs. 125.
