I would like to bring to notice that I had bought a Tata Safari storme from Tayal motors. From the day of purchase the driver seat has been making a squeaking noise. Even after 4 complaints the issue was not resolved. In fact during the last service they had sprayed paint on my windscreen.
Upon repeated complaints they refuse to take ownership and would simply ask me to keep getting the car to their workshop. They would inspect the car and give it back to me without doing anything on the car.
My suggestion never buy a Tata car and if I have bought please refrain from Tayal motors. Was this information helpful? |
