Tci Xps — Delay material

I'm Vijay Patel from Ahmedabad, my project working progress in Saugor(470001), my DWB no is[protected], when i called to your saugor office, he saying material will receive after two day, today is 5th day and still pending my material, my project delay 3 day, who will responsible for that
