TCS — Tcs onboarding stopped because of BGC

I have received offer letter from tcs and submitted all the documents in ibegin portal and initiated BGV. After 50 days I have received email from hr saying I have bgc issue for one of my previous employer.

Going into detail, I have overall 5+ years of experience in which 3.6 years Technical expertise and remaining experience is in banking and bpo. Só issue is I have worked for 2 months to one of the bpo company.

I have received offer letter based on relevant experience and now they want experience letter for non relevant experience.

At first I have submitted bank and epf statement to verify later I have submitted experience letter.

But still they keep on saying we can’t onboard you because bgc is negative.

First of all it is not relevant experience, next I have submitted experience letter. Now they don’t have reasons to say and how ever they don’t want me to onboard.

I want you to onboard me immediately
