I need help and want to bring to light the white collar crime by builders and crawling judiciary.
Please see the details of my case below in the mail chain below:
In brief I had bought property from TDI on 2006 though TDI didnot have the license for the land till 2010. In 2010 when I approached TDI . I was advised by property value has increased and I will have to pay more than double the intial money for the property. When I requested my money be refunded I was advise because I didnot make any payment till 2010 when TDI didnot have licences I am being fined and TDI will pay me 50 % of the money I payed in 2006.
I had filed the case in 2011 with the consumer court and I being told by my lawyer that Judge has decided the case in my favour in 2015 but Just to dictate the judgement it will take consumer court more than 2 year as the court doesn't have staff to write the judges verdict. I was also told that delay was also due to Judges being changed every now and again causing further delay to the case. Judge are changes such frequency that I dont even have the name of judge know which Judge presided over my case
Though I am not a lawyer but I think 11 year is long time to wait for for simple case. I have heard of statement the justice delayed is justice denied .
I would appreciate if you can help expedite case . I am told there are more than 40 cases of similar nature pending in the consumer court, cant these be clubbed together as people vs TDI for speedy justice for others like me.

And TDI has so many individual cases against it of similar nature for different properties. I would be best if court can club as many cases and also any independent action can be taken against TDI as it will not only reduce the load on court, it will save the time of indian citizen.
Also the date the case was filed might not be correct.
