TDI Mohali — Society in bad Shape

I am living in Wellington height extension, Sector 117, Mohali from last 4 years. I have purchased 2 bedroom flat in society but this is one of the big mistake of my life. society condition is not good. builder has don'e nothing. here are concern points

1) Society build quality is really pathetic. it not look like new society. outer wall plaster totally destroyed.
2) there is big time issue of sewage. always there is water outside society gate even we did lots of followup with owner personally but nothing happen
3) there is no garden maintenance and no playing area for kids
4) parking is also big issue as they have not done any proper numbering
5) Security of society is also not good. they are taking big time money from us for maintenance but not managing it
6) forcefully putting club charges on us. when we bought the flat we paid 50k as club charges but still they expecting yearly charges extra.
7) Forcefully added water charges after 3 years. if water is chargeable then they should take this monthly not after 3 years send 15-20k bill
8) Roads are in bad shape. during rain you can't enter in society and smell is everywhere of sewage
9) building quality is really bad. you can't make hole in wall

We have raised this issue to owner lots of time but he never done anything and putting pressure on it

expecting some pressure on builder to complete all the pending task. We have paying taxes to government but in return at-least we can expect this support. Builder don't understand customer pain and we tried lots of time but he is not listening to us.
