I made a custom order for a sofa, they committed 15 days, but it took multiple follow ups by personally going to the shop, as they didn't pick up my calls. I got my sofa after 2 months. When I asked for a compensation discount for the inconvenience caused, they promised to give a teak wood instead, for which again I followed up but finally they didn't gave any compensation at all... They are fully trained to give loads of excuses all the time. Not sure about their service as well, I am doubting it, which is my biggest concern. Was this information helpful? |
