I ordered a sofa sets on 29th Nov and paid the full amount .But the delivery of sofa sets on 20th Dec was not according to our order.They took the measurement in all the directions of the house before the sofas delivered. This showroom at Velachery seems to focussed on getting the money credited and then be least bothered of customer service....

I have purchased the sofa from Teak and Oak, OMR, Chemmanechery, Chennai on 12.11.2022. Within 3 months the sofa cushion started to go deep due to poor quality in manufacturing. I have ordered a computer table with Teak and Oak Velacherry .This was delivered late and the workmanship is poor. The edges are sharp causing injury. The table is designed such that no space for foot rest. When contacted the Velacherry branch, they said we can not do anything for the table, this is the level of workmanship our product will have .

I had ordered for sofa cushion in Pallavaram branch of teak and oak on 20th August 2021. The contracted rate of rupees 7000 was paid in one shot on same day with a promise to deliver the cushion on 27th August. On 26th August I received a call that the cost is rupees 15000. I purchased a sofa and dining table about 1.5 years ago. The quality of the products is very poor. The chairs of dining got broken. The table is shaking and cannot be tightened. And bottom covering of the sofa got torn and i noticed the wood used for the sofa is of poor quality. Extremely unhappy with the products. Looks like i cannot repair or resell these products. Sofa set purchased for inr.40, 000. Not at all a good quality, same communicated to the furniture shop multiple times but no response.

I purchased a Maharaja sofa set last month, But while selling they told we will do the polish and deliver. But they delivered without doing anything and they told we will do in your home within 2 days, Now almost morethan 30 days and I am keep on calling the showroom and they are telling the same story "we will come tomorrow". Ordered a wooden sofa on 20-aug-2018. They promised delivery in 1 week which is 27-aug-2018. But till 5-sep-2018 which is nearly 15 days product is not delivered. They are fooling the customers by highlighting there is 2 years warranty and 5 years warranty, when we approached for repairing or replacing our dinning table chairs which was purchased 1 year back and leg got completely broken.. I bought a mm sofa set 3+1+1 at teak 'n' oak in urapakkam branch, i have the problem in my sofa set -
1. Color fading issue (Damage our cloth), 2. Un uniformed cushion (Out look spoiled), 3. Loose stitching of cushion cover, 4. Outer coating damage, 5. Late delivery.

I have purchased 3 door cupboard during Nov-2016 for Rs.18000/- from Urapakkam outlet & Cupboard door got damaged within 3 month o[censored]sage.
