Tec Protec Asia — Damage Claim Not Yet Processed Since 45 Days After Submission of Claim | |||||
Dear Sir, I have purchase mobile insurance from Oriental Insurance & have filled a damage claim with Tecprotec on 13.07.16 which is still under process. Have called up customer care [protected] & also sent several mails. But there is no reply, my mobile Samsung A3 is with them under repair. They assured claim will settle the claim within 20 working days which is passed. Customer care is disconnecting each & every call of mine. & there is no revert.
