[Resolved] Tech Mahindra — PF Withdrawal not processed | |||
Hi, I had worked in Mahindra Satyam from Jul 2010 to Dec 2012.I had sent my PF withdrawal forms formally to the Mahindra Satyam / TechM office before an year (June 2013) which was returned back saying there is some name mismatch. I was asked to request for name change for the PF account as per my documents and then subsequently send the PF withdrawal forms again. After successfully getting my name updated in the PF records, I once again sent the PF withdrawal forms for the second time before 4 months (Dec 2013), but it has still not been processed. From then on, I had sent more than 10 emails to Exit.[protected]@techmahindra.com / exit.[protected]@techmahindra.com to check the status of the withdrawal but haven't received any reply. I also tried calling Exit Helpdesk but the automated reply tells me that the exit helpdesk phoneline has been abandoned. This is the way an ex-employee is treated by this so-called MNC. Could anyone advice as to what I could do next? Can I seek any legal recourse? Or should I publicize the issue in the social networks? Regards, Daniel Moses Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Amritalal Chakraborty . I am an ex-employee of your company on kolkata Rajarhat location . I had worked one year in your company.I am helpless for Tech Mahindra Pf withdrawal and already I have visited kolkata Rajarhat office again and again But HR department is not ready to help.
So Please help me to withdrawal my Pf of Tech Mahindra. I want my pf by government rules. The Tech Mahindra kolkata Hr told me that I need to
login your Techmahindra portal and fill online form and submit printout from with affidavit in your kolkata office. But This process is too lengthy.
Today online transaction is available every where then why I am suffering this all stupid process. So give me a right process to withdrawal my Pf.
If not possible then I will submit my all documents to consumer forum as soon as possible.I waiting for a long time and visited again and again so its enough now.

I am employee of TechM since 2015 till 2014 and since 2014 i am trying to withdraw my PF and no proper response it got rejected 3rd time for no proper reason (silly reasons). I quit this company (rather they fired me for best performer for many years and that is best thing happened in my life. i thank God for this) now i came out and started my 2 successful startups with 40 engineers working (for TechM HR i am not worth in their company!!!). Hope at least they can help the process of exit for employees!!!??.
