Technosoft Consultancy — Non Payment After Training to the Trainer | |||
I have been working as a freelance instructor at a company named Technosoft Consultancy(In Andheri East, Marol). Prior to this i was a working professional with experince in prestigious companies. I agreed to train a student and completed her training. But The owner is delaying my payment every now and then. Even though the amount is not big, its his comments which made me elated. Everyday he says he will do it today, when i call him he never picks calls but has time to reply with messages anytime. WIthout picking the call he is replying saying that he is intentionaly delaying the payment becasue i am bullying since i am asking him about payment everyday. First of all He doesnt even know to stick to his words. Was this information helpful? | |||

The owner of this company actually is a cheater, he is trying to make money by bluff, he has not given my papers and salary too after working in a good client of them, dont know how they got such a good client, may be by bluff again!! Reshma dont expect money from him, if you have proof of everything of your training, then please go to a good lawyer and fight for your right...

Dear Reshma or whosover you are...First of all i will like to inform you that from Technosoft Consultancy side you are paid 100% and nothing is pending from our end. And it was paid as per the company's policy..Delay was your definition, from our side it is our policy to pay after 7 days of successful completion of training and we keep the payments on hold till that time to collect the feedback, reviews from the students..In case, something is not clear to student we can request you to re-do that part of training. Our Motto is to make the students happy and satisified for which they have paid. Still if you are not convinced about our response, please visit our office and sort out the issues( if you have), you are always welcome.

Technosoft is fake...Same thing happened with many instructor who left this consultancy due to non payment.
Me and my friends faced so many problem during training. Also Mr. Purohit is liar, he never sticks to his words and will never pick your call by giving silly reasons.
