Technosoft Consultancy — Training was avoided after payment

Sir,
I was joined a training for sales force administrator, in an institute called, technosoft consultancy, sangeeta plaza, marol, Mumbai on 13.10.16.
The owner is Mr. Jittesh purohit
And trainer Mr. Nitin Sawant.
Training cost -rs.18000. I paid 9000 on 15.10.16
Duration - 40 hrs.
Additives- post training 2 real time projects, resume preparation and sending to different companies.
Training started on 13.10.16. The training was not designed well. There was no introduction to the CRM we are learning. For this course certificate is very important and for this someone has to be expert to take the exam.
I found trainer is fumbling and he is not aware of very basic things of the subject ( I was reading myself 15 days prior). I notified the matter to owner. Still I continued in most of days trainer was late or few days he could not come because of genuine issue. There was no internet for last few days. Overall I been to the institute for 7 days maximum in which 2 days there was no internet.
The last day was on 26.10.16. In between I found institute is no caring of my complaint of poor internet speed. On 26.10 I called Mr. Jitesh twice, first message I am busy in meeting, and in the evening when I called he didn't pick up the phone and suddenly sent me SMS that Diwali holidays ( it was never told to me before) up-to 04.11.16 and he will ask Mr. Nitin to be in touch. And Mr. Nitin told he has completed 70% of course. I replied it was a workbook which was completed scatteredly. I understood that trainer is not aware of the subject because he is not certified and not an expert. Still I was on because there was a promise of projects.
The issue,
1. I never received any call either from trainer or owner on resume of classes
2. I felt the matter that both of them are avoiding me
3. Then I enrolled me for exam and spent money on another program because I couldn't wait for good.
4. I called Jitesh on 10.11.16 to know the status of program. He said internet is not OK and Nitin is traveling( I didn't know the reason ). I him I will come to discuss future of our training.
5. On 11.11.16 I called him, as usual he never picked my phone. Then I wrote a mail to give me solution. He dint reply. I kept on calling almost everyday he never picked my phone and one time his wife picked the phone and said son is not well. I told my issue is not bigger than your son. But I requested her to tell Mr. Jitesh to call me. He never replied. They have started replying from from 24.11.16 because I told them to send my money back. Now they are asking to complete the course.
I have already finished my certification and why should I continue when my training is complete from other sources.
I have all call records and SMS records and mail communication.
This institute has denied service after taking payment and put me in a darkness o[censored]nforeseen future.
I am a jobless person. I trusted them but they left me in midroad. And all of of a sudden he started to communicate as if they have started a money making house in the name of education.

My request:
Please take a serious action on them. I requested them to return my money. They are denying.My hard earned money is gone but I don't want someone to loss the money in future.
